Delivery Tracking

In order to give you the best possible price, we use a range of courier companies depending on the product size, weight and the warehouse it's delivered from. When an order is despatched, the delivery confirmation e-mail will contain the name of the courier and their delivery tracking number.

Sometimes we split orders into more then one delivery to enable you to receive your items as soon as possible. Your delivery confirmation e-mails will inform you of how many parcels are being sent and when you should expect to receive them. If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive more than one unique tracking number.

DHL

If you have a 10 digit tracking number:
1.	Go to http://www.dhl.co.uk/
2.	Select "Tracking" in the left hand column
3.	Enter your consignment number in the "Air Express Tracking" box
4.	Press "Start Tracking"
If you have a 12 digit tracking number:
1.	Go to http://track.dhlgroup.co.uk/tracking/
2.	Select Nextday "By Ident Code"
3.	Enter the tracking number in the first box on for "1"
4.	Press "Submit"

Initial CityLink

1.	Go to http://www.city-link.co.uk/track_parcel/track_parcel.php
2.	Enter your unique tracking number in the 'CityLink Job No' box (leave the 'customer reference' field blank)
3.	Click the "search" button

Interlink Express

1.	Go to http://www.interlinkexpress.com/
2.	Enter your consignment number
3.	Click the "quick track" button

Parcelforce Worldwide

1.	Go to http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw
2.	Enter your unique tracking number
3.	Click the "track" button

Parceline

1.	Go to http://www.parceline.com/
2.	Enter your consignment number
3.	Click the "quick track" button

Royal Mail

1.	Go to http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm
2.	Enter your unique tracking number in the Track & Trace box
3.	Click the "Track it" button

UPS

1.	Go to http://www.ups.com/content/gb/en/index.jsx
2.	Enter your unique tracking number in the box
3.	Tick to agree with the terms and conditions
4.	Click the "Track →" button
