Steelcube only stocks high-quality brands and we make every effort to ensure that your purchase reaches you in good condition. Despite our best endeavours, from time to time, goods may be delivered faulty or develop a fault over time.

Good delivered faulty

If your purchase is delivered faulty, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. After this time, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and we will normally only be able to offer a repair or replacement.

Repair or Replacement

If you report a problem with your product, our aim is to resolve the problem as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Because of the wide range of products we sell, we do not have a technical support department or an in-house repair service.

In the first instance, we will normally put you in touch with the manufacturer's technical department. In most cases, they are able to diagnose problems over the phone.

Where a manufacturer's technical department deems the item to be faulty and in need of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to undertake whichever is more economical. We will usually organise for the product to be sent back to the relevant manufacturer or their distributor and they will carry out the repair or replacement.
