This thinking led to the invention of the Handpresso Wild, a device small enough to fit in a handbag! “The idea was to serve a perfect espresso with the right amount of water and coffee”, says inventor Henrik Nielsen. “Small, light (460g) and easy to use”. You manually pump the Handpresso Wild until the pressure rises to 16 bar, pour hot water into the small water reservoir, insert an E.S.E. pod and obtain an espresso, perfect with crema. No need for electricity.
