La Pavoni Professional

La Pavoni have been making espresso machines in Italy since 1905, with their current ranges of domestic lever machines - the La Pavoni Europiccola and La Pavoni Professional series - introduced in 1958 and 1961 respectively. The technologies may have evolved slightly since then, but La Pavoni's sophisticated style has become a true design classic. Used by luminaries such as Roger Moore's 007 in Live and Let Die and featured in films including The Talented Mr Ripley and Ron Howard's Ransom, La Pavoni represents the height of continental chic and simple refinement.

Handcrafted by artisans largely in brass, these highly polished machines are finished in either wood, brass or triple-plated chrome (see options below). Simple to use and with a large boiler that minimises the effects of limescale, the quality and simplicity of La Pavoni's domestic lever machines is as timeless as their style.

La Pavoni's Professional series has a boiler capacity of 1.6 litres - enough for 16 consecutive cups of coffee on a single fill, a safety reset switch and a built-in pressure gauge. All La Pavoni domestic machines come bundled with an interchangeable steam wand / automatic milk frothing attachment, for cappuccino on demand.
