FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is it really a TV inside a mirror?
Yes - it really is.  The dimensions of the mirror are 700mm wide x 800 mm high x 60 mm deep.  The TV is built into the bottom right hand corner of the mirror, and is perfectly mirrored also when switched off. 

Is the Mirror TV unit safe?
Yes - the Bathroom Mirror TV is IP65 rated - meaning it is totally safe for using in a bathroom environment

What are the options for sound for my Mirror Bathroom TV?
The TV comes with a built amplifier with connections to allow you to output to a surround sound system, or any of the speakers that we offer in the options below.  If you are wall mounting the TV, you can also have rear facing speakers built into the unit.   For full details, please see the specifications to the left.

What fitting options do I have?
Two options - to fit on the wall with the integrated wall bracket, or to recess the mirror into the wall. 

What sort of screen does the Mirror TV have - and what are the specifications?
You can view the full technical specifications of the unit under the product files to the left - the screen is a Hitachi High Definition screen, which is then custom manufactured into the finished mirror unit. 

Where can I view one?
As we are a web based business we don't have premises where you can view the units.  However we do offer a no-quibble 14 day return policy - so you can order the unit without any risk. 

Why will it take 2 weeks to get my order?
Each Mirror Television is made to order in order to keep the quality of each unit as high as possible.  The units are all quality inspected and only shipped once a rigorous inspection process has been passed.
