Delivery Policy


Manufacturers often update their products, often without notice, to ensure that they remain competitive and at the forefront of technology.

When we receive an order from you, we will confirm with our warehouse and suppliers that we are able to obtain the product you have ordered. If there is a problem (for example, if the product you have ordered has been discontinued), we will contact you to offer you an alternative.

Each product page shows our estimated delivery time and delivery costs. Please note that these delivery costs are for England, Wales and Scotland, excluding the Highlands and Islands. Products delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may be subject to additional delivery costs. If this is applicable, these additional costs will be communicated to you for confirmation via e-mail prior to dispatch.

To protect ourselves from fraud, products will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed. If payment is by cheque, we will not dispatch your order until we have received the cheque and the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Goods will be sent out to you either using Royal Mail or a courier company.
