HM Forces Based Overseas

Steelcube is able to deliver orders to British forces stationed abroad, so long as the items are being delivered to a BFPO address. Any additional cost incurred in shipping an item to a BFPO address will be borne by Steelcube.

When placing an order to a BFPO address, please enter the delivery address as follows:

Name:	Service Number, Rank, Name
Address Line 1:	Unit / Regiment
Address Line 2:
City/Town:	Operation Name
County/State/Province:
Postcode:	BFPO Number (eg: BFPO 123)
Phone Number:	Contact number at recipient address

Order Tracking

Because of the distance and nature of bases abroad, it is not possible to guarantee delivery times. In addition, the BFPO does not have an online tracking facility, so it is not possible to track your parcel.

VAT

Orders dispatched to BFPO addresses outside of the European Community are not subject to VAT. Please process your order as normal through our web site and the VAT will be refunded to your credit card once the item has been dispatched.

Weight Limit

BFPO have placed weight limits on parcels they ship. Where an order exceeds the weight limit, if it cannot be broken down into two or more packages, we would have to reject the order. The default weight limit is 30kg, with the following exceptions:
