Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which you have opened, or for goods made / tailored to your personal specifications. We also cannot accept returns if the goods have been used.

We will give you the address of the warehouse to return your order to and e-mail you a printable personalised returns label. The costs of returning the order to us shall be borne by you. Failure to return goods to the correct address may result in Steelcube passing on the logistical costs arising from transporting the goods to the correct warehouse on your behalf.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit, whichever you prefer. Please remember that you must take care of the goods you return. Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been damaged by you or in transit back to our warehouse.

Under distance selling regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We are not obliged to accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which you have opened, or for goods made to your personal specifications.
