These Epos M5i Speakers, which are the smallest of the speakers in the M-series range, deliver high quality sound and stylish looks with a range of wood finishes.

These 2-way bass design reflex speakers have been re-designed by the Epos engineering team to be perfect for both two channel and home cinema applications. The Epos M5 speakers have been magnetically sheilded so that they can be situated next to televisions and screens without interfering at all.

The Epos Acoustic M5i includes an improved Epos 25mm (1 in.) low distortion metal dome tweeter, producing clear rich treble. This tweeter features a strong die-cast aluminium alloy face plate, moulded surround, ferrite magnet and Ferrofluid cooling.

The new Epos 140mm (5.5in.) mid-range woofer reproduces dynamic, natural bass and mid-range frequencies. This robust drive unit has a die-cast aluminium alloy chassis and phase plug, with contoured moulded polypropylene cone. To reproduce bass cleanly and powerfully, it is loaded with a port flared at both ends, which reduces turbulence and distortion. The crossover is centred on 3kHz and incorporates film capacitors in critical locations.

The bi-wirable input panel is made from solid anodised aluminium alloy, with sturdy high-spec terminals suited for spade lug or other types of plugs. High-grade metal links join the terminals together and can be removed for separate connection to each driver.

The front and rear baffles of the cabinet are 25mm (1 in.) thick to reduce unwanted vibration and coloration. In a choice of three pattern matched real wood veneers, the Epos Acoustic M5i looks great in any room, with it's classic design bringing both good design and good sound to your home.
